SHINee Subs was created on May 26, 2008. Just a day after SHINee debuted. From then on, we have subbed more than 200 clips. SHINee Subs is part of SHINee Forums International that provides HQ subs for SHINee Fans. We are a non-profit subbing team dedicated to bringing the joy and talent of our 5 shining boys "SHINee" to the fans.
We DO NOT own the rights of all the video and audio clips we sub unless stated, however we do own the rights for our subs. All video and audio clips are the sole property of their respective owners. We DO NOT have any relationship with the broadcasting and radio stations such as Mnet, KBS, ETN, MBC, SBS and others who hold the copyrights to these videos/audios.
SHINee Subs' mission is to bring SHINee fans HQ subtitles so that we can all understand SHINee and share our love for them.

Available positions at SHINee Subs. Positions open: Korean Translators and Timers/Typesetters
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Korean Translators: In charge of translating SHINee Videos. Korean Translators should be both fluent in Korean and English and can read written Korean. He or she should be able to access Megaupload, Sendspace, Mediafire, Youtube, Veoh and download SHINee videos at any time.
Timers/Typesetters: In charge of timing the translations to the RAW video and producing the softsubs. A timer will also typeset or style the subs using Aegisub. So knowing how to typeset subs with Aegisub is a plus!
Quality Checkers: In charge of checking all the parts of the fansub process before it is encoded. QCs must be able to do fine editing and adjust timing. Correct any mistakes before sending the final output to the encoder.
Encoders: In charge of adding or applying the soft subtitles in the RAW video, to make the subtitles appear permanently, otherwise known as hardsubbing. Knowing how to typeset subs with Aegisub is a plus!
Uploaders: In charge of uploading and creating mirrors of SHINee Subs releases and providing mirrors for raw videos posted on the forums. (Should be able to download from/upload to Mediafire, Megaupload, and Sendspace)
