- NewS'FS was created at 1st for purpose of providing subtitles to NewS related medias.
- Since 2007 Summer ,NewS'FS enlarges on drama domain (French).
- 2008, MH-NewS'FS is created as a division of NewS'FS dedicated to actress Horikita Maki.
