Distribution Guidelines
- Projects only put up at ONE TRACKER and by Kioku staff only.
- Releases may be redistributed ONE WEEK after TORRENT release. It does not matter if a Clubbox release comes out before a Torrent release.
- Our releases must not be altered in any shape or form. This includes but is not limited to re-encoding (such as adding subs/watermarks, conversion to other video formats), cutting out sections of episodes for fanvideos, etc.
- Make sure that our releases are okay to be uploaded wherever you are redistributing.
- You must credit back to Kioku.
- As a courtesy, please tell us where you are uploading our releases to.
- Under no circumstances are our subs are allowed to be uploaded to sites that allow for streaming video. This includes but is not limited to Youtube, Daily Motion, Veoh, Crunchyroll, and iFilm. No, we are not trying to be mean. We are trying to not get in trouble with the Japanese companies.
- Using our files to make a profit is prohibited. Feel free to contact us for a copy if you are unable to download a project.
