Jun'ai Fansubs

Jun'ai Fansubs (ジュン愛・ファンサッブ）was created on January 31, 2008 by two translators, DesTi and Sakuramiya. We are an ARASHI fansubs group since ARASHI is the Johnny's group we both love very much. At the moment, we are focusing on translating ARASHI's TV shows (most likely Himitsu no ARASHI-chan, ARASHI no Shukudai-kun and Tensai! Shimura Doubutsuen). We will only be doing hardsubs. How our work will be distributed is still being discussed.
The name of our group has 'Jun' in it but Jun isn't our favorite member....ALL the members are!! Yes, neither of us can choose a favorite (a sign that ARASHI has sucked us into their sweet happy abyss). The name is a pun on the Japanese word "jun'ai" (純愛) which means 'pure [genuine] love.' For our purposes, if we read it literally, however, it means "Jun love" ^___^ Hence the way we wrote 'Jun' out in katakana (where the pun is) and 'love' in kanji. Okay, enough blabbering. I'm just very proud of the name XDD
We're very nice =D Our goal is to have fun in subbing and supporting our boys. We have both been in other fansubs groups where things were rather stifling. We're all doing this on our free time, and we will try to give the freedom needed for you to also have a real life. Subbing is hard, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun! Life is hard dakara happy (copyrighted ARASHI), yes?
Currently, Jun'ai consists of just two members - the creators. We are looking to increase our staff! We would like any translators, encoders, timers, editors, typesetters, distributors, raw providers to contact us if you would like to join our group at junai_fansubs@yahoo.com. Even if you have no experience in anything but want to help us somehow, feel free to shoot us an email.
More updates shall be coming slowly but steadily (hopefully). We are trying to set up an FC2 blog as well as a livejournal.
