We are a fledgling fansub group with an extensive background in
Japanese language and a love for Japanese culture both pop and traditional.
Right now we're only doing softsubs, but that may change!


Our Philosophy
At the heart of our translation method lies a desire to preserve and accurately transmit the Japanese culture inherent to the Japanese programs. We feel that it is better to educate our audience than to force foreign ideas and values to conform to our own understanding of the world. We educate through vocabulary, and the definitions thereof, plus extensive translation notes, and a willingness to respond to questions...


There has been a lot of discussion regarding the suspension of the release of softsubs in an attempt to dissuade those who upload them without permission. sayochama and I have discussed the matter. If you would like to know our stance on the situation I encourage you to read our LJ post.
